Kyle was super helpful with the whole process and he said that he would be there every step of the way if I had any questions. I'll definitely recommend him.

Ryan was very helpful. He is the only person from any of the many online companies to call helping with a loan. He also called to see the loan was approved & funded (it was). Credit Direct & Ryan were very helpful.

I am writing this review because I feel I need to give credit to a company that provided me excellent service. Credit Direct and their staff were both professional and courteous which is hard to find these days. Matthew Gilligan stands out as a true professional because of the service he extended to me but I give kudos to their staff. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thanks again. I highly recommend Austin Fairbanks and Credit Direct. The Lon process was so fast and simple. Austin provided great communication throughout and it literally took less than a week to complete the process and have the funds in my bank account. If you are looking good a loan you should definitely check out Credit Direct and ask for Austin!

Kyle, was Amazing! If it wasn’t for Kyle I never would of gotten my loan. He had to call the credit union multiple times on my behalf. I almost told Kyle to just forget it, but Kyle was able to do whatever magic he does and after more than 3 weeks I got my loan. I can’t thank Kyle enough! Michelle Johnson
