Hi Stevie, please contact tech support. Multiple languages are supported and it sounds like you may have changed the default language.

1st the USB cable is too short. The instructions weren't detailed enough. The app keeps restarting without any prompting

HI Georgina, We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty setting up the camera. Please contact our tech support department, we would be happy to walk you through setup. We will also send you an email with some additional setup guidance. Almost all setup issues are due to connecting to the wrong wifi network, and can be resolved very quickly.

Kept promising delivery, finally made it. Instructions for using the security camera are skimpy to say the least. I'm going to have to research to see how to operate it when instructions should have been included. Not happy at all.
