C&P will quickly respond to your emails and follow up to your satisfaction. Its important for people to know that Crown and Paw responded to my email within minutes of sending it to them.
I am already very pleased with my past orders, but on a recent order C & P forgot to include my gift coupon, or at least didn't include it in on the purchase confirmation email. I emailed back asking for clarification and within several minutes received the corrected confirmation. I appreciate the customer service and their immediate attention to my question and follow up.
