Speedy service. Great customer service!

I have not yet received, since I just ordered and approved the design, but so far the experience has been very easy and the design looks great! I look forward to seeing the finished product. I have the tracking info already so shipping has happened much quicker than I anticipated!

Was waiting for the arrival of my artwork before reviewing - just in case it turned out to be a bunch of scribbles that I wouldn't put on my fridge, even if it was done by a favourite nephew or niece - but my word they were even better than I could have hoped for. Really quality, amazing to see, already ordered another print and this will be my new favourite gift for those good people I love who love their pets. Excellent customer support too when I panicked 12 minutes after receiving my tracking code and it wasn't yet in the Canada Post system - prompt response, good info (thank you again, Klent). Top to bottom just an awesome, awesome idea, gift, product, and company.

Disappointing. The final result looked nothing like the one my friend ordered of my dog for me. The one my friend gave me, she submitted a photo of my dog and the image of the actual dog was altered to look like an actual painting with brush strokes and all. BUT when I ordered one for another friend, having selected the image, all the company had done is cut and paste the photo image to the painting so that when it has been scanned and printed to canvas half looks like a painting (the body) and the other half (the head) literally looks like a shiny photo, the end result looks ridiculous. Not happy! Also when I tried to communicate with the company there has been no reply at all. The service was very prompt to take my money (and its not a cheap service) and very quick to deliver but otherwise I would not use your services again!!!

Great. I love the product

It took me about 5 minutes to complete my order. Very easy and straight forward. I noticed the question asking to tell about my pet and select dog, cat, etc. The selection allowed me to choose one. I selected "other" as I ordered the American Gothic with two pets. Easy experience. Thank You and looking forward to receiving. Have a great day and weekend! Steve
