The reports on each project and picks of the month are great and the daily email updates are very helpful. However, we need more reports if possible as they are very irregular.

Hi Paul, I've relayed your feedback on providing more reports to the research team. I'm actively hiring new researchers and look forward to improving our report volume soon. -Mitchell

Excellent information and lots of valuable data, coins on the move and buying recommendations have been 90% of the time spot on, and that is absolutely brilliant.

They should be more active finding small MC crypto projects. They did find a few gems during 2020, but little too much general information about btc and eth moving sideways etc . Otherwise it's great, but there should be more focus on writing reports about 10 bagger projects and sort it by risk and trustworthines. Review of the code , audits and community and social media activity. They should offer monthly subscription payments, think they would get more customers and revenue in total.

Hi Daniel, we're actually releasing a new product focused entirely on micro-cap gems called SIMETRI Watchlist. It's currently in beta, but if you send me an email I'll get you early access as a tester. Regarding monthly payments, the team found that those who signed-up monthly were much more reluctant to follow our recommended methodology. SIMETRI works best for those who are willing to make lots of small bets with high potential upside. To get ideal results, it's necessary that people follow the SIMETRI strategy for at least a year—hence why we only sell subscriptions in year increments. Sincerely, Mitchell Moos CEO @ Crypto Briefing

I have been a member for about a year. It was the best thing I did after getting into crypto. The insights and knowledge that I learned paid me back tenfold the small investment in membership.

I wrote you with 2 VERY solid questions. Never heard back. That might even be worth minus 3 stars. I have freaking evidence PotMs (beyond n=1) are being leaked, yet no answer. Hmmkay, continue as usual then, just ignore... Also rating can be wrong. Take previous Ethereansos for example. Could anyone have bought in at that price? Other than that you guys are great. Yet ignoring leaks, very much not so.

Hello, We take information security extremely seriously and have multiple measures in place to prevent insider trading. As always, the first people to hear about our buy recommendations are subscribers. You can read more about our policy here: https://simetri.cryptobriefing.com/trading-policy/. If we suspect any instances of information leaks, we launch an investigation immediately and inform our members once it is concluded. We received both your emails and have taken your feedback into consideration. However, we don't answer questions about SIMETRI or the picks unless you're a current subscriber to that service. This is to further mitigate potential leaks. As for the details around our buy recommendations, we are transparent about our methodology and give members as much information as possible so that they themselves can make an informed decision. We are not investment advisors. Ultimately it is up to the member to do their own research and make the final call. Sincerely, Mitchell Moos CEO @ Crypto Briefing

I signed up for the top level 1yr plan on Crypto Briefing's Simetri crypto analysis service. I then went to look at the history of their advice & reports and found that 80% of their predictions never came to pass. May as well just flip a coin and make more profit than listen to these guys. So since there was a 30-day money-back guarantee, I contacted them 4 days ago or so via their website Zendesk asking for a refund. No response. I ended up disputing with my credit card. Credit card said I still need to contact this company to prevent them from billing me again. Luckily I got an email blast from the CEO of Crypto Briefing about some news or whatever, so I replied, and amazingly, my reply went straight to the CEO! He apologized for the failure of the rest of the team and fwd'd my message to someone that finally helped cancel my account. This should not be necessary tho.

Hi Joel, Thank you for sharing. We were experiencing a spike in membership sign-ups when you subscribed. Since then, we've expanded our customer service department and have made it possible to get in touch with anyone on the team, even the CEO. In terms of our analysis, our Pick of the Months have gained an average 2648% (our lifetime performance, counting winners and losers) as of March 5, 2021, since we started making buy recommendations in July 2019. The volatility of the crypto market requires patience and a longer-term approach, so it's necessary to stick with the subscription for a few months before evaluating performance. With that in mind, I hope you consider trying SIMETRI by Crypto Briefing again in the future. Sincerely, Mitchell Moos CEO @ Crypto Briefing
