The emails always make me smile, such good ideas for the bonuses! I like that there's a lot of options to choose from so you can pick how strict you want the rules to be or if you rather have free spin or free chip.

My withdrawal keeps getting cancelled without any explanation. I've sent multiple emails to them and have only received an automated response saying they'd respond within 72 hours... which is a lie. I sent the 1st email 12 days ago. Don't waste your money on this obvious scam of a site.

UPDATE: Hey Melissa, thanks so much for getting back to us so we could find your account. Please contact our service department, we need to confirm a couple details about you to verify your account. Go to live chat and tell them you would like to complete "KYC". Additionally the terms and conditions of the casino only allow one account per player or household and there are two other accounts (3 total) registered at your physical address, this will need to be cleared up as well. If you get these things sorted and let us know here we will be happy to help. Best, -Your Loko Greetings Melissa, we would love to have a look at your account and see if we can assist. Please respond to our request for more info so we can locate you in the system, we will help if we can! Best wishes, -Your Loko

The play is legit and the withdrawal is on time and fairly quick using Bitcoin. Crypto loko honor their no deposit payouts with no delays. I recommend this casino.

Hello, I played and won with my first NDB I recived when Registering. I made the roll over with plenty to spare so, when the roll over was met I did not notice right away. I then figured out how to do the whole crypto thing , so I could make the verification and cash out. If it worked I would continue to play. I did continue to play while awaiting verification and I got lucky again bringing my winnings up over $1200. I got back down to just under $1,000 when I was able to withdraw. I requested to withdraw $900, leaving the rest to play. The money came very quick but I only got like $104, my coupon max, I thought was $175, that they already took me down to when I hit the roll over. I saw a manager withdrawl for the difference and I am still waiting to see why. I have a feeling they are going to tell me the max is the max and I can only actually withdraw that, even if I won more after it was technically mine. Then they are going to tell me the max is only $100. Which still makes no sense because they say you will get back you verification deposit also. So, even if that is the case (which i do think is totally wrong), i was still shorted $5. What is the difference. Are you saying I have to cash out and deposit again to keep my winnings after completing the roll over requirements? This is the only reason I can think of that I would not get it. If it is a mistake and I get it back, I will change my rating. I emailed in, but the 72 business hours that it takes to get a response feels like an eternity, when this kind of money, will really help you out at the moment. I feel like they are hoping you forget.

UPDATE: Hey Greg, thanks so much for getting back to us so we could review the situation for you. As you anticipated there is indeed a $100 maximum cashout on the free chip you were playing. When redeeming any coupon within our system there is a pop-up window with the full terms of the coupon which you agree to on redemption, one of these terms is the maximum cashout limit and the fact that it applies even after playthrough and until withdrawal is completed. The $5 in question is the standard Bitcoin processing fee (5%) also included in the terms and conditions. We are sorry to disappoint, but in this case there is nothing we can do to assist. Best wishes, and please at least ENJOY THAT FREE CASH! Sincerely, -Your Loko Greetings Greg, let's have a look at your account and see if there is anything we can do to assist. Please reply to our request for more information so we can locate you in the system. Best wishes, -Your Loko
