Crypto Loko CasinoReviews of cryptoloko.com

I've been hesitant about these sites but I've had nothing but fun on Cryptoloko. I've cashed out several times with no hassle. Sometimes it took three days but I always got paid. I won $500 off a $30 deposit and received my withdrawal an hour ago. I highly recommend.

I thought this site was not real thought like every other scam but this is legit fast payouts that’s for sure

At first it was an awesome rtg casino site with low min deposit, winning games, great customer service, loyalty bonus after every deposit, daily rewards Cashback, and extremely fast withdrawal times in 24hrs!! (I did Bitcoin) But out of no where that all changed. Customer service took a plunge, I would have to start a new chat 3 or 4 times in a row until I got someone who knew what they were talking about. I would get different answers to my requests/questions with each support agent, with the SAME request/question!! They became very nasty and short, even to go as far as to call me a liar, or just randomly close the chat mid conversation. No where in the terms and conditions does it say if you have a pending withdrawal you can't receive your free daily spins for making a deposit, but out of no where that became a rule. Which wouldn't be such a big deal if they're withdrawal time was consistent again. At first is was 24hrs or less. For both me and my husband. But the longer we played on the site that has since changed. It says on the withdrawal page when using Coindraw that is will be about 24hr, with exceptions to some cases that would be no longer than 72hr. But somehow it took 2 weeks for one of mine!! And I wasn't able to get any of my free spins, non of my loyalty bonus, and until I got the right agent to help, I wasn't able to receive my cashback either. It was ridiculous. Most of their customer support specialist are just completely rude and lazy. There are a few exceptions and I make sure to leave amazing reviews for them after each interaction. The games seem to payout pretty well and for the most part it's my main casino site. But because of the customer service and the constly changed of the "rules" but never updating the terms and conditions that way people are aware, I give it 3 stars.

I first played their 101 free chip and successfully reached their withdrawal requirements and to my surprise I was actually cashed out for my winnings. Every other site I've been to has been a hassle to cash out my winnings. I had no problems with cryptoloko!!

Username: khtgosl8j6 Not a fast withdrawal. It's been 2 days. Are you guys actually going to pay? My money was not given, it was deleted

I only give the one star because there isn't any lower rating to give. Anyway, I was playing on a no deposit bonus and my playthrough requirements had been met. I got it up to a little over 100 bucks and went to withdraw 91 dollars. This was after I had sent 10 dollars in bitcoin to verify whatever it is they said they had to verify. So, I send 10 bucks in bitcoin and after I get the go ahead, I withdraw 91 bucks. I waited and waited and waited until finally, DING... My coinbase account has received a deposit. I check it and it had been deposited with 11 dollars. Not 91 as requested. So, I get in touch (via text, apparently they can't afford a telephone) with customer support and they proceed to tell me that I will not be receiving my money because I played a game that wasn't allowed. This sent me over the proverbial edge because the games you cant play while using a bonus are all locked if you try to play them before you have played your required rollover. Having fulfilled my rollover obligation, I was able to withdraw up to 100 dollars as per their terms and conditions. I was well over 100 bucks and just for kicks I wanted to check out the three card poker table before i made my withdrawal. Remember, this game is locked when you are still under obligation to fulfill your rollover. It wasn't locked now and I played a few hands and left after a few minutes with about the same amount of cash I started with and withdrew 91 dollars and had to go thru that shady verification thingy i mentioned earlier. They said that I broke the rules and violated terms and conditions by playing three card poker with money I won from a bonus (a.k.a. MY MONEY NOW) I have sent and received email upon email and all of them are from a different person and they all say the same damn thing.... blah blah terms and blah blah blah. If I was able to withdraw the money before I played three card poker then common sense would dictate that it is, at that point, MY MONEY! Right? They refuse to pay me and have sent me link after link to click on so I can read the terms and conditions. People, believe me... I have read those pages and then I went back and read them again twice! Nowhere in their T&C does it say anything about not being allowed to play whatever you want after the rollover is met. They keep telling me that it says so in the T&C but they cant show me where exactly it says that. Because it doesn't say that. Anywhere. Period! I don't even care about the 91 dollars anymore. Now all I want is for these jokers to be banned from the internet for ripping off honest folks and the blatant lying they do in their advertising. What a loser place. Avoid this casino at all costs. Take my word bud, you'll be better off taking your deposit and wiping your rear end with it. Go anywhere else but Crypto Loko. Anywhere!

I like very very moth i like yuo

Hopefully, i didn’t deposit. They sent me tens of emails with free games bonus without deposit. Today I took it and I played and I won. My balance went until 450 $. But at certain moment they took 384 dollars. I can see the label of the transaction : coupon reversal, withdrawal approved. So when you are unable to accept the game rules, why you offer me a bonus ? I don’t advice anyone to play there. Let’s wait for their response. Final thing : they put they are well rated at trustpilot (4,5) whereas it is wrong. The 5 stars reviews are definitely fake.
