It's all good for the first withdraw. 2nd one I've waites 3x days Made some money on the free no deposit. Took like 3 hours to get the money. But it was free! So I'm not complaining. Overall not a bad site.

Misleading advertising. Not an instant cashout casino. Up to 7 to be approved then 7-10 more to then be paid out. That's if you don't redeem any bonuses or free spins. If you do then you won't know what you're actual balance is until you go to withdrawal. For some reason every bonus will run together unless you are at zero when you claim another one. Not under a dollar like most places. You can't even play again until they wipe the amount over max cash out off and they finally did it 6-7 days after I requested a withdrawal that I still haven't gotten. So the free daily spins I got for depositing I couldn't even use because they didn't wipe my account yet. I tried to chat with support the first day and it said that email was the only way of communicating with them right now so I emailed them and they were not helpful and told me to use the live chat lol Update: my withdrawal was finally approved(1/24/23) BUT the "instant crypto" withdrawal is going to be another 24hrs before it's in my account. Why??? Why say you have instant anything if it's over a week?? Ridiculous

Spent so much time using my bonus coins playthrough to have enough to withdrawal. Now it says I need to deposit $10 to withdraw. Yet it only gives me the option to deposit $20 and higher!

Your casino is grait the promotion side and the gaming side. Go loko as a casino has 2 big problems in its hole industry, no 1 communication, I am with many casinos and I am a vip player, 5 star diamond/platinum/Black card holder ECT I have maby spent 10 million plus at casinos. Back to the point communication should not take longer than an hour via email or live chat. It's very bad for the casino and the customer. no 2 is your payout structure your page and premonition says quick and speedy payouts and even faster on crypto when I attempt to withdraw it already said 5 days wich is way to long for any casino.and to add on top when I got thru to live chat I was told it takes 7 days just to review. OK stop wow that is very clumsy and no one will be interested, it's way to long maby a day max. And furthermore then I was told it's another 7 to 10 days i mean wow for pay out I mean no bank no crypto platform nor casino I know takes 17 day just for a payout that is horrible sad and disappointing. Sorry I don't see a future for this casino... It's been 3 days now and I'm still waiting for an approval this is the worst experience I have ever had at a casino....
