Extremely Satisfied
I ordered a (New in Broken Box) Xerox 8570 Color Qube Printer. When i received a broken DID NOT WORK Printer, due to shipping. I was told by Frank Hill, my sales rep, he would refund my entire purchase price. of $2300. Unbelivable!!, I am currently, EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! This is how to resolve problems. Well Done Frank Hill!!
