The training has been helping me strengthen my technical foundation in computer hardware, networking, and cybersecurity. I’ve really been enjoying the quizzes and practice tests, which have helped me understand key concepts and identify areas for improvement. I would like to have more hands-on lab opportunities to apply what I’m learning in real-world situations, as I find practical experience the most effective way to build confidence and skill.

Thanks for reviewing our IT technical training. Glad you have been learning from the classes. I hope you were able to attend our hands-on, in-person, IT tech training session we had this past Saturday, or the ones we have scheduled in November!

It was absolutely too fast, that is not accelerated it felt rushed. I think it should be more individualized maybe finding out where a student is would help

Hi, sorry you felt the class went too fast. I would encourage you to retake the class at no charge. That is included for all our customers. You have up to six months from your class date to retake the class at no charge.

Bob did very well as a teacher. He was easy to understand, clear and very approachable. There is a lot more that could have been added to the class. Bob went along with the book. Which was fine. However, it would be much more beneficial to offer an accelerated class, that finished the first book in the morning, and then spent the rest of the day working on the next level. My coworker and I both wished the class had covered much more at a much faster pace. The facility was nice - great location.

The teacher was great but - I found the class moved WAY too slow due to some students needing help at every step. I was in person , with 5 remote students.

Learned a few advance features but seems like a repeat of the first class.

Intermediate Excel I think the class would have been better in a classroom setting. Unfortunately with Covid-19 it had to be online. There was one woman in our class who was constantly needing help. I don't know how the other people in class felt but I found it very irritating that she had to have help with very basic windows stuff. The poor instructor had to stop and assist her several times. The instructor was very patient and did apologize to the rest of the group taking the class. Unfortunately, her interruptions were very distracting and it slowed down the flow of what the instructor was trying to teach. The instructor did a good job but it made for times when I was very bored and just sitting in front of my computer. I will probably retake the class sometime within the next 6 months once you are back in an actual classroom setting. I was really looking forward to the class but I don't feel I got as much out of it as I could have in a classroom setting. I do like the book that I was given and will definitely refer to that often. I'm old school and have always like user/training guides so it's perfect for me. I have used a couple of the things I learned that day.

The instructor (Karen) was good, but the class was entirely too basic for anyone familiar with any kind of coding. Wish the original CTS description had identified how very basic it would be (such as, "close the window by clicking the X") so I would have taken the next level, instead.
