Works well and is good quality. However I ordered the tan colored tail to go with my tan van that has ears that are tan and a nose and eyelashes to look like a dog but I was sent a black tail with a white tip. When working with foreign countries its impossible to return. There are also no instructions

First, it took too long to get them. Second, they are very small, no measurements. Third, they come squished up and are very difficult to get them to stand so you pack them.

First the bags are too small and also they are not the same as pictured very misleading. The ones on the web site showed hard clear plastic containers not bags. They also looked much more sturdy then the ones I have. I do not recommend these to anyone to buy.

I was going to order a purse from this scam company but looked at the reviews first......so this scam company goes along with: Cherry Betty and Dark Style Hub. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THEM. Now I want to know WHY THESE SCAM COMPANIES ARE PERMITTED TO ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK OR ANY OTHER SCOIAL MEDIA......WHY??????

One star is one too many. I ordered a shirt as a gift and after weeks of not receiving an update or a shipping confirmation, I dug around their website and found the customer support email. They apologized for the delay, stated that they had asked their shipping department to prioritize my order and asked me to be patient. Fine, fair enough, stuff happens. So a few more weeks go by, still no shipping confirmation or update. So I reached back out and this was their response: We are so sorry for what happened. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. (And please give us your correct and complete shipping address if you choose solution 1. ) Name: Address: City: Province/State: Country: Zipcode: Tel: 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team So, full refund isn't an option. I'd essentially have to pay for this product a second time no matter the option chosen. Terrible business ethics. I told them to keep my money as an early Christmas gift and wished them luck on their business.

Over one month and still waiting. When and IF I receive the package I will change the rating. What an utter garbage and scam.

The shirts are crappy quality and dont have sizes I ordered above my size and neither of them also fit a black transfer on a black shirt is ridiculous

I had to choose a 1 start but I would take that back. This is nothing but a ripoff. I never received any order. They are not in my opinion going to give me a refund due to the ongoing emails I’m having to write to demand a refund.
