I spoke with Joshua of Customer Service about the pictures coming out of the American Cairo rescue. While I can handle most photos/video on Cuddly, Am Cairo seems to want to show the worst situations, and I think they need to do some screenings. It upsets me very much, and I am sure others too. While they may thinking it is causing people to give more, I personally think it is hurting their fundraising. Joshua told me he would speak with him and was very responsive to my concerns. While I would rate him five stars, it remains to be seen what American Cairo Rescue will do. I think it is hurting the overall Cuddly incredible effort to save lives.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your support helps connect more animals in need with the organizations fighting for them. We will let Josh know about your stellar feedback. Additionally, please do not hesitate to follow up if any more photos that should be marked graphic are not. We take complaints like this very seriously and never want donors subjected to photos or videos they are not comfortable seeing. Thank you for all you do for animals in need and have a great day,

I always give to animal rescues but try to avoid cuddly. It adds on tips and somehow they roped me into 20+ a month recurring payments which I never signed up for. Not a very user friendly platform.

Hi, Thanks so much for the review, we take your feedback very seriously. Please reach out to our support team regarding your monthly donation. While CUDDLY cannot create a monthly donation on your behalf, we never want our donors to make donations they did not intend. Our team can take a look at your situation and assist where they can. Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. If a tip was inadvertently added to your donation, our friendly customer service team can get that refunded for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for joining us in the mission to save more animals!
