I am so pleased how a very ill cat I contributed to is doing much better. He is a little swetheart. I do have a question, Where is your food purchased from? Can you send Exact or similar food from Amazon or other sites?
Reply from CUDDLYMar 25, 2022
Hello Regina, Thanks so much for reaching out to me with your kind words and inquiries! We get our wishlist items from vendors who can process large requests, as we have over 3,000 working rescue partners all over the world. While some vendors have pricing a little higher than other, CUDDLY is currently unable to compete is prices war, as we cannot always go the source or the cheapest vendor, such as Chewy or Amazon. If you have further questions and want to talk more about our wishlist pricing, you can contact me at [email protected]! -Samantha

Just donated to Mutt Misfits Animal Rescue through your site. I donate monthly to many charities and causes. I check them out through Charity Navigator to be sure my money is going toward the cause rather than admins, advertising, etc. Where can I find out more about your organization?

Hello Patrica, Thank you so much for reaching out to me with your concerns. Please let me give you some insight into the way CUDDLY works. CUDDLY is a for-profit, for-good, fundraising and wishlist platform solely dedicated to verified non-profit animal rescues and shelters. We work with over 3,000+ animal rescues around the world. 97% of the monetary donations made are sent directly to the rescue pet in need of their care. The remaining 3% goes to covering processing fees for our rescue partners, i.e transferring the funds to their account. CUDDLY receives 0% from any monetary donation. 100% of the wishlist items donated go to that pet in need. We do not make a profit off of any wishlist item. Each rescue pet's wishlist is curated by the rescue specifically for them and is optional. All donations on CUDDLY’s platform are tax-deductible as we work with verified non-profit rescues and shelters. We have an FAQ page on our website where we have the most commonly ask questions. Although if need more information, you can always reach out by calling (562) 430 8191 (ext 114) or emailing at [email protected]. -Samantha
