Sad the system is not working for MLB and there is no one to talk to. Last week was all the local stations for 8 hrs. The system is going downhill and that starts from the top, spend some money on customer service and keep the system working or you will not have any customers very soon.

Fought to watch cue right from beginning. No recourse. Called many many times and they would reboot. Never recourse in lost time and shows we missed because of the troubles they always had. Promised all the time, updates coming. All we got was buffering, every day. Never once did theyoffer refund or we'll give you a month or two free because of all the issues. Three to four years of issues. Canceling was best thing I ever did.

We signed up in October 2025. We were excited to save money and still be able to see the channels we always had watched including our local news channel. November 2025 there was an upgrade to the system that allowed you to record your favorite shows and watch later. Great! Unfortunately along with the upgrade we lost our local news channel and a had lot of buffering. l called to ask what to do. They told me to clear the cache and go back in and it should work. They also recommended increasing our internet speed. Which we did. Buffering still occurred constantly. We began to experience channels that were unavailable, sometimes more than 24 hrs at a time and still no local news channel. I was always told when I called they were working on it. April 2026 we dropped Cue because it was getting to the point we were buffering constantly and could not watch a show without any buffering and we still did not have our local news station. Would not recommend.

new update removed most of the local sports channels, the channels under nfl,nba,nhl mlb streams never work. never. oh and they got rid of redzone 🤷🏻♂️

Been with CUE Broadcast for 2+ years I believe. They had almost all of the issues fixed then they decided to update the app, change the Icon and changed the menu. Apparently they did not properly test the app before they released it. The current issues are channels freeze and the app tends to crash up to 10 times before it will let a channel selection go through. I sent their support an email with the issues, I was told to Force stop the app, Clear Cache and Data. Even after following the instructions the freezing and app crashing still happens. I am hoping they get these issues fixed soon, I don’t know how much longer my wife is going to put up this this. My wife keeps threatening to go back to Dish Network!!!!!!!!

I love the foundation of Cue Broadcasting. but unfortunately that is all. Neither apps have worked well. I only watch a select few channels and they always seem to freeze or quit in the middle of trying to watch something. It is truly getting what you pay for. I could never get local channels. I have tried, I really have. I need to find a better platform.
