Defrauded a Child by Refusing to Rectify Accidental Purchase

I am appalled by the unethical practices of Cupid Fragrances, whose actions have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer care, fairness, and basic decency. Recently, my child made an accidental online purchase on their platform—a simple mistake that could have easily been rectified with the understanding and compassion one would expect from a responsible company. However, Cupid Fragrances refused to cancel and refund the order, and their customer service agent actually suggested my child would love their products so we should give them a try. It is deeply troubling that a company of this size and reach would not only neglect its ethical obligation to provide a fair refund policy but would also take advantage of a child's mistake for financial gain. Despite the purchase being clearly unintended, Cupid's Fragrance chose to double down on their refusal, offering no recourse or acknowledgment of the distress caused. This lack of empathy is inexcusable. To make matters worse, the customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive when contacted. The responses I received were generic and impersonal, and there was no genuine effort to understand or address the issue at hand. This is not just poor customer service; it is blatant exploitation of vulnerable customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Cupid Fragrances to think twice. If a company is unwilling to honor its basic responsibilities to resolve honest mistakes, especially involving a minor, it shows a complete lack of integrity. This experience has left me questioning the company's values and its commitment to treating its customers with respect.
