Curbio was exactly what my seller client needed! They have excellent service and are equipped with everything we needed to get the property updated and turned around to be put back up on the market. Communication was excellent from our first contact with Kelly Morrissette through the process. I have been recommending Curbio to all my clients who could be helped in getting their home updated now and paying later! Thank you!

Curbio helped my sellers get $15K over asking with only a pod!!! So worth it!

Overall the house turned out beautiful! I felt like there was a gap between what was presented in the cell cycle and what was actually delivered. I had massive missed expectations as did my client. That said, the value of cardio is still amazing and now that I’ve been through this one time, I can seek to understand expectations and communicate them to my client as best I can. It was a real learning experience! I do feel like the line items for the quote of the scope of work could be a little more detailed so during the project there is not confusion.

100% satisfied with this company and process. From the initial communication, assignment of team, timeline and final completion of work, everything went well. I’m sure the finished job increased the marketability of my listing. Ratified contract 4 days after delivery from Curbio. Project Manager Carmen Penada was excellent to work with.

From the minute I called Curbio on a home that I could not list due to the age of the roof, it was a wonderful experience! Everyone is so nice and professional and hands down the best communication I’ve ever had with any company they keep you updated. They keep your clients updated. I feel it’s a very reasonable service. They did a wonderful job. They took pictures of everything I would use them over and over again. So thankful

They did a good job. Took longer than I would have liked in this changing market.

Excellent experience. Very professional, honest, and easy to work with. The best solution is to get your home ready for sale and not have any out-of-pocket expenses. All fees are paid at closing. Sweet deal.

The project took triple the time. the actual work that was done was not the best but did not want to delay the project any longer.
