CurbioReviews of curbio.com

After 40 showings, we didn't have a contract because the Seller wouldn't do any improvements. Our Curbio Project Manager, Harrison Stone, was able to get the Seller to think outside of the box, and he came up with great solutions to help my Seller with home inspection repairs, after renovating the kitchen and painting the house.

Majority of great reviews are from agents. Don’t allow that to fool you. BEWARE! Curbio spent over 2.5 years turning my home into a disaster. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, no follow-up, MIA frequently. When you complain, the tables will turn and they will cancel the contract and demand full payment. You’ll be charged triple for services because Curbio is profit-driven. Curbio’s marketing is fabulous——but it ends there. You’ll be left with a trap house!

Communication

Curbio set up bathroom remodeling w/home we were selling--did outstanding job & increased our total net proceeds--,recommend highly

I recently used Curbio for the first time with some clients who handed me their key and said Fix it and sell it. I called Curbio, handed them the key and said fix it so I can sell it. They did a great job and my coordinator Ja'nae was amazing. they fixed it and I sold it in a week with six offers $100,000 over asking in a declining market! Thanks Curbio

Working with Yursa at Curbio has been an incredible experience. As a realtor, I have dealt with many contractors to assist with repairs and renovations for my clients properties. Yursa has gone above an beyond my expectations. She has been very professional with each interaction and has done everything she said would get done in a timely fashion. She was very knowledgeable of the process and pays great attention to detail. Her level of communication is thorough and she is very responsive. Yursa provided great recommendations throughout the project which has given me peace of mind with the overall outcome. Although our project was delayed due to my clients timeline, she remained patient and encouraging throughout the process. Now that we are coming to an end of the project, both my client and I are very pleased with Yursa and Curbio. I would love to continue working directly with Yursa on future projects as she provides clients with everything you need. Because of Yursa, I will definitely be using Curbio again.

Having a personal project manager like Erin to coordinate all of the contractors and work that needed to be done was great! They finished the work on time and the improvements allowed the seller to bring a move-in ready home to the market for sale. The home is under contract in less than 7 days!!

Very Very good communication by Katie - Matt. Work was performed timely
