A very happy customer.
I purchased 10 of the flying balls and I did not know that a magic whan was needed in or for you to throw it and it comes back to you. I emailed Curiovas, and I must say that they made me a very happy customer.

I purchased 10 magic flying hoverballs
I purchased. 10 magic hoverballs for Xmas presents. I tried one ball - found the ball to be difficult to operate. I have chosen to return them - emailed the request. A prompt reply was received. Outcome: total cost to be refunded and that they didn’t want the goods returned. May I say I very grateful for the professionalism in the way this situation was dealt with. Thank you D. Hay

Responded to my questions quickly
I had some issues with my shipment (both times were MY fault) and their Customer Service responded quickly and efficiently via email. No having to call an 800 # and speak with someone who couldn't help me. I appreciate that, because REAL customer service is missing at so many companies today.
