Curology has cleared my skin in less than a month. This is not a paid review. I recently had an issue with a shipment and a representative reached out to me to help me without me having to open another case!!!!!!!! Best customer service and the products actually work. The shipments are fast and quality

Brittany K. Really came through for me today. I accidentally forgot to postpone my subscription and the order had just barley been processed but it over drafted my account (I am incredibly broke right now) and it was heading to my old address (basically I am a mess) and Brittany was able to cancel it and now my refund should be coming in a few days THANK GOD! Honestly curology has incredible customer service, been a user since 2020. Thank you Brittany!!!

UPDATE: I was able to reach them by text and they refunded my money. It takes awhile for the text response so be patient. I still did not sign up to be charged but I got my money back. ORIGINAL REVIEW: SCAM!!! Do not use this Company. There is no phone number to contact them--Big RED FLAG!!
