Good products were not right for me. Cancellation can be difficult but the representative made up for this. I absolutely appreciate some of the products. Slow customer service but at the end I was pleased with the result and appreciate it.

Curology’s customer service has always been personable and solid. I recently reached out via text to express my frustration that I hadn’t been given a heads up alert that a new box was coming, which I’ve depended on for the past three years to determine whether or not I need to skip the shipment/edit the order/etc. The person on the other end was exceedingly patient and kind with me, and they resolved it graciously. Thank you for all you do, it definitely makes a big difference.
