My first full size shipment had a bottle of FF in which the pump was faulty. I emailed for advice, and followed the directions to prime the pump. That didn't help, so i emailed back right away to let them know. I received a response right away, stating that my product would be replaced. This product really works, so I'm happy to be able to continue my regimen without much of an interruption. Great customer service!

Thanks for taking care of my problem with the pump on my bottle of spot formula. Your service was quick & I'm happy with the results. I also am very pleased with all my skin care products. My skin was really in a bad place. My step sister turned me on to this product and I have no complaints. My skin is looking beautiful after just 2 months and I’m happy with the results. Definitely worth the money.

I reached out to my Curology provider about some effects the formulation was having on my skin. They suggested changing the formula, but I replied saying I was not interested in purchasing a new formula and would try to continue using the one I already had. Unbeknownst to me, they went ahead and updated the formula without my agreement. As a result, the product that has been shipped to me is the incorrect formula. Speaking to customer service to request a resolution or a refund has been frustrating - they are arguing in bad faith, refusing a refund, and offering only store credit, as if I would want to continue purchasing products from them. I want to add that they changed providers on me without any prior warning, and they ship out subscriptions without a reminder email or receipt prior to shipment. This, combined with their "no refund" policy is a shady business practice designed to collect money from unsuspecting customers, even if a mistake is made at the provider's end.
