Absolutely love my curology formula. My skin has really changed significantly in just one month, on the lowest dose of tretinoin, I cant wait to see how it looks in a year! Very easy to use platform and ordering is a breeze.

I cancelled my order before I received it. I specifically said when I signed up that I did not want to try clindamycin and yet that is what the doctor prescribed me. Did he even read my form? I responded to the doctor through the curology website (the only way to contact the doctor) and told him my prescription was not right. Two days go by and still no response. The response times for doctors is three to four days (written on the website)! There is no phone support. Communication is through their site and text and email only. Three to four days is not an acceptable turn around for responses from the doctor! I hadn’t even gotten my first prescription and this is their customer service? They also already charged me the trial amount, yet my order is wrong. The text and email support from customer service is also slow. I emailed them as well two days ago and no response yet. It shouldn't be this hard to get basic service. Obviously, the customers are not a priority for the doctors doing the prescriptions. In their practices would they give their patient the wrong prescription then take three to four days to respond to the patient?

Products seem “ok” but I was lied to when I signed up so my review is based on false information and lies. Don’t tell me you select me for some study. Then change your mind. Lol 😂

Recently received my pkg, I was given a much lower dose of tretinoin than I have ever gotten before. After explaining this wasn't my first time on this and my experience with it. I know my first box is complimentary sorta speak ,but trust me they make up for that in your next box and payment. I should at least get what I need and would like.

This might have actually been the worst company to entrust with the care of my skin. I have used all products as instructed, but I believe I should've started seeing a difference after 4 months. My skin actually started to break out more! I suppose I'm that small percentage of "results may vary"🙄 Also they're very responsive when cancelling your membership AFTER taking your money. I got the notification of a withdrawal, but there should have been an email stating they were shipping the product out. I was informed of their 2 day policy to cancel repeatedly throughout my text conversation, which was useless because they already shipped the products. The rep then stated that I didn't sign up for text notifications, which is why I didn't get the memo for my shipment. I shouldn't have to sign up for text notifications when you have my EMAIL to contact me. Not only was I not notified about my shipment, they took the money first leaving me without time to cancel and get a refund. It honestly felt like I was texting a robot. I wish it was an empathetic human being.
