First time ordering pins. What was good about this transaction, was the recommendations as to what type of pin to order (which was a lot of help) to include giving me a total price quote up front, no hidden fees. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being outstanding I would give a 5 Plus.

Not only do they provide a wonderful, high quality product, they have amazing customer service. They respond quickly, are transparent about order turn around time and are kind all the while. Highly recommend.

Customer service worked hard to provide the design we asked for. With a little guidance the second batch was perfect and we look forward to working with them again!

(1) Pins were lovely in appearance & high quality. (2) Delivery was lost in transit but Custom Pins re-sent to make up the order.

After researching different companies that offer custom pins, our team at Lane Council of Governments decided on Custom Pins Now. We love the small enamel pins we order from them for Bike Month and Walktober. The pins are small but the colors and details are sharp - they look fantastic on a hat or bag! Thank you so much! This is our third year ordering from you and we're so happy.

The flexibility to create my own design for my family bowling tournament made all the difference in choosing this company. The prompt response to my emails were answered quickly, The customer service from the beginning to the end was excellent . The pins were delivered as promised within their 3 week timeframe. The pins themselves turned out fantastic. The cost of the pins were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I'm really excited about creating next years pins already.

The Customer PIns now team was terrific. Very rapidly responsive. The affirmed that they routinely manufacture magnetically attached pins -- avoiding pins that remain in some fabrics and also less likely to "rotate" that conventional single-pin clasp arrangements. They worked with our concept artwork and iterated with us in a friendly, responsive, iterative manner as we double-checked to make sure we mutually understood the design details. They produced the pins and delivered them a fews days earlier than we had asked for. The final pins look GREAT and have received compliments from all who have seen them so far.
