John Dean is the best, no salesman BS, just straight talk, and Custom builds great trucks. There's a big reason that this is the fourth truck we have bought from them!

The online toll free numbers with only phone trees and no way to speak with a real person is really frustrating. I literally called 4 phone numbers before Iwas able to find someone to help. Once I spoke to the saleman (Ronnie) personally everything was great and he was very helpful.

Not real happy with the ordering system now but the parts guys are helpful with all the requests of parts that are not in parts manual for these cranes

Erin from sales helped us out and was very friendly and informative. The relaxed sales environment is new to me and I appreciated working with her and her team.
