Terrible craftsmanship. This is the second utility box we have gotten from this company. The ladder rack got bolted on wrong, was too tall so they cut it and welded it. Now the paint is chipping off from that. The paint is chipping off of the box and there is rust specs all over. The box is not even 6 months old. Will never buy another one.

I spoke with Chris Ross a year ago when I received a contract with Dominion Energy Transmission. Chris and Jenna Hill have been very supportive with my new rental account. I look forward to growing my business and utilizing Custom Truck to do so. Mike Swiger VP Operations

Our company bought this bucket truck brand new in 2019. The handles broke off soon after that. We have been trying to get replacement handles for our 2019 bucket truck for the past year. We've been told multiple times that they have been ordered, but they never come in. We are now not having our calls and emails returned. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we have been provided. We paid too much for a truck that fell apart and for an extreme lack of customer service. If 0 stars was possible, we would give it. This has been an ongoing problem for well over a year. It is pretty disappointing that it still has not been addressed.

Hello. I am sorry you have had a negative experience with us. That's certainly not the service we strive for. I want to forward this on to the appropriate team to address immediately but could use a few more details. Please email [email protected] and meanwhile I'll forward your message. Thanks, JC
