4th bucket truck from you folks. Iove the facilities and how the trucks are built and designed. John Dean has been great. I am like a kid in a candy store. I wish I could buy 3 trucks. Thanks again, Paul Smith American Arbor Care, Inc. Denver, CO

Process was delayed many times particularly at contract preparation. Took a long time to make changes and confirm build spec. Paper work was full of errors and proved nearly impossible to remedy. No follow up. On anything. When deposit check was sent nobody let me know they got it! I had to check with my bank to confirm it was cashed! All in all I had to really chase people on this one.
