I will try to buy all my wigs from Heather from now on! I received my Maximum Impact by Raquel Welch in Shaded biscuit , just stunning as usual. Love RW wigs! My box came wrapped in Christmas paper and a sweet pug Christmas card was included! It is the sweet special touches that make CysterWigs stand out! Thank you Heather and staff for your excellent work!

NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CYSTERWIGS STILL OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON I’M CALLING THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN GEORGIA TO REPORT THAT CYSTERWIGS TOOK PAYMENT FOR 7 WIGS FROM ME BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED THEM OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUNDED MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS AND WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Ill ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB,. ILL BE REPORTING FRAUD TO MY CRÉDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO PAYPAL TOO IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE. I EMAILED ASKING FOR A STATUS ON THE 7 WIGS I I ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. EITHER DELIVER THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. THIS SMACKS OF FRAUD BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO TELL ME THE STATUS OF MY 7 WIG PURCHASES OR RESPOND BACK TO ME.

Gina, this is Nick from CysterWigs. We have not processed payment on your orders because we discontinued service to you in 2018. If any orders did get through, it would only be because you went to great lengths to open an alias account to trick us. We made the decision to cut off service to you because 1) you were hostile to the staff of our help desk, 2) you left a very negative Facebook review on our review page, not dissimilar in nature to the aggressive messages you're leaving now, 3) You THEN left a very negative SiteJabber review akin this one, all in an attempt to get special treatment by using social media as leverage. (Much like you are doing right now.) When we block your emails and shut down your accounts with us, you open ANOTHER one with a different email address. We currently have FIVE accounts for you in our store and have to manually cancel your orders and block you because you refuse to take no for an answer. Last night I emailed ALL FIVE of your email accounts to ask you to leave us alone and to stop ordering from us. You are acting like you haven't seen these emails, but I find that incredibly hard to believe since I sent it FIVE TIMES. So, instead of being reasonable, you are choosing to blast me on Facebook, in our private MKM group, YouTube and god knows where else. We have cancelled all the orders you attempted to make before you ever even contacted us. If there is a delay in you receiving your refunds, that is entirely due to your bank and is an artifact of the fact that you tried to trick us into taking your orders after we referred you elsewhere. To-date, you have left the same hostile, inaccurate review on Trustpilot, Site jabber, Facebook, Youtube, our website, and our private facebook group, further illustrating the exact aggressive public behavior that moved us to refer your business elsewhere almost a year ago. You are harassing my store and my staff. I just reported you to Facebook for it and any additional contact or threats will be submitted to OUR attorney as evidence of continued harassment. PLEASE LEAVE US ALONE

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. Everything would be fine if you received your wig and it was perfect. But if you have a problem, good luck to you. I received my wig and it looked lovely but it did not even come close to fitting. I got nothing but arguments from the company about returns. They will not allow me to return it, but suggested I buy another one. Very unethical company.

Carol stated her transaction number when she left this review. I note that the transaction began with the letters "TA". Since our start in 2013, not a single order number has begun with TA. Initially they had a simple order number. Following that, all order numbers began with CW. This order was from a scam store that has been infringing on our trademarked name. We saw no proceeds from this sale and had nothing to do with it. There was recently a scam store that had been using our store name and logos that you most likely did business with. We have worked hard to get this taken down and Heather has even made a PSA video for our clients. Ordered Winner Petite by RW in Shaded Chestnut this time around and I'm so happy I did because it is a wonderful wig! The petite cap is a perfect fit for me I don't feel like I'm wearing a wig at all. I work in a bakery and need something that holds up to the commercial walk-in ovens and this one does! I now own two with another one on the way. Winner is absolutely a winner!

I love buying from Cysterwigs, I never even think of buying elsewhere because why?.... They have everything a savvy consumer would want....top notch customer service, fun and friendly website, YouTube pages and FB page, great options and great prices.....oh and great advice in their videos....how can you go wrong? Heather has developed a wonderful website and is so fun to watch and get to know through her very open and honest videos about her life and her weight loss journey, marriage, etc. She is delightful and her staff is so pleasant to deal with and her policies are fair to her business and to her consumers. I give her five stars!!

We are working hard to find couriers that can help achieve faster shipping. Some manufactures are outside of the country and take a little longer to ship here. Others are sent to our warehouse first for quality control. We want our Cysters to have great options that are of quality standards. I am so very impressed with Cysterwigs! I have purchased several wigs from them in the short time since I found them. Their customer service is outstanding - from the handwritten thank-you notes to their availablity to provide assistance with whatever the customer needs- they are second to none. Their wig sales/prices are the best I've found on the internet for high-quality, brand name, medical and fashion wigs. If you are looking for an honest company which provides their customers with fantastic value in wigs, look no further.

I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

Hi there Robin! Thank you for your review and support! We love hearing about what our Cysters like and what they think could be improved. It is very frustrating to have to wait for your perfect 'do. Unfortunately, backorders are inevitable especially in popular or newly released styles and colors. Most cycles only last about 1 - 2 months. Many are much faster than this, particularly if you are waiting for a very popular style or color. These tend to be refilled the fastest by their producers. If the brand is very small - like Estetica or Ellen Wille - then you can expect the backorder to take longer than it would with a larger producer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously working to improve the system and our site. We love making product recommendations for our clients and we’re always happy to provide you with some different, but similar options. We're always here to help a Cyster out!
