This order was for newly released charms that are not kept in standing inventory and must be sourced after purchase. This was explained at the time of ordering, along with the fact that the customer would receive an email once the items were ready for delivery. Within approximately 15 hours of placing the order, the customer contacted live chat multiple times requesting immediate delivery. As soon as a refund was requested, a full refund was issued immediately, with no delivery made and no funds retained. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and some brand-new or limited items require additional time before delivery.
