About two weeks after signing up for monthly subscription I told Justin I was no longer interested in what he had to offer, to stop sending me emails, and to not charge my credit card the following month. He charged my credit card in October and continues to send me unwanted emails! Justin, what do you not understand about the word STOP?

One of the most dishonest Trader in the industry what he markets on his youtube channel to join his discord is the most dishearting thing because he doesn`t do all he says in the vidoes. Best to keep way from this discord and keep your money, also don`t be tricked with the 1 month refund because it`s not true, so many members in discord requested for refund and he does not respond until the 1 month lapse, very disappointed in everything. I feel scammed don`t fall for his eloquent speaking, it`s all a scam

Hi Justin, I have email you 5 times including today, for my refund but you didn't reply me. Thought you were buzy but watching you doing YouTube content, well seems that you are free to do YT content but, can't be bothered to reply my 5 emails. I want my refund. Please reply to my emails.

The video training is very disjointed with no sense of continuity within each video lesson. The common phrase is "I am passionate about such and such", skips around topics and then says we will cover this or that in later visits. He talks so quickly, moves his mouse so fast and the explanations are disjointed to me it was a waste of money and time.

I requested a refund of my course fee, but instead of receiving my money back, I have been asked to pay an additional **$100 processing fee through cryptocurrency** before my **$697 refund** can be processed. I asked a simple question: if the $100 fee is legitimate, why can't it simply be deducted from my $697 refund and send me the remaining **$597**? I have not received a satisfactory explanation for why I must make another separate payment. I am not writing this review to attack anyone. I am sharing my personal experience so other customers can make an informed decision before paying. I trusted Daily Price Action and Justin Bennett for many years. At this point, the refund experience has seriously damaged that trust. **My only request is simple: refund my money.** I hope Daily Price Action will resolve this matter professionally and restore the trust I once had.

I want to be fair in this review because I genuinely like Justin’s YouTube content and his approach to market analysis. That was the reason I decided to purchase the VIP Edge membership in the first place. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service and refund process has been completely different. I purchased VIP Edge on July 12, 2026. After trying the membership, I decided that it wasn’t the right fit for what I was looking for, so on July 22 — only 10 days after my purchase — I formally requested a full refund under the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. Since then, I have sent a follow-up email and contacted Daily Price Action through the website contact form as well. I have also tried to find another way to contact Justin through the VIP Discord community. What disappoints me most is that after several days and multiple attempts to make contact, I have not even received a simple confirmation that my refund request has been received or is being processed. I submitted my request well within the advertised 30-day guarantee period and followed the stated terms. I don’t believe a customer should have to repeatedly search for different ways to contact a business simply to receive confirmation of a valid refund request. Update – 12 September 2026 Unfortunately, I am still very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. After my initial refund request, I made multiple attempts to contact Daily Price Action and resolve the matter directly, but none of my attempts received any meaningful response or attention. More than 40 days have now passed since I requested my refund, and I still have not received my money back. I have even been forced to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities simply to try to get this matter resolved. What is most disappointing is that even after taking this step, I am still waiting for my money and have received no meaningful support from Daily Price Action. I genuinely wanted to resolve this directly and gave the company plenty of opportunities to do so. I joined Daily Price Action with high expectations due to Justin’s reputation and the quality of his YouTube content. Unfortunately, my experience with the paid service has been very disappointing. After signing up, I quickly realised it wasn’t the right fit for me. I tried reaching out multiple times via email on April 14th and April 21st to ask for a refund, but received no response. I also attempted to contact Justin through Discord on April 30th, May 6th, and May 14th, but again, no replies. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially for a paid service, and it appears I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Regarding the content itself, it did not meet expectations. The educational videos are quite basic and don’t offer much beyond what is already available for free on YouTube. In fact, his best material seems to be publicly accessible, while the paid content feels like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. The Discord community also adds little value. There are over 2,000 members, but it’s unclear what level most people are at, and many share conflicting or confusing ideas, which makes it difficult to learn effectively. There is no structured support, no backtesting channel, and no live streams provided, which I would expect at this price point. Overall, while Justin may be a capable trader, the service itself lacks professionalism, support, and meaningful added value. Given the cost, I cannot recommend this membership.
