Worst service and worst customer service!!! They said they have lost my parcel and they are closing the case. WTH !!! They did not give me anymore information. I need to know where is my parcel atleast use you damn resources to look for it!!

Received a notice that my parcel couldn't be left due to not safe to do so. I contacted dai post and told the staff member that l could not collect it as l don't drive and tullamarine is to far away from me. So the next week l received my parcel

The correspondence I have been having with Jay, Shaun and Vincent have made a huge difference to my ability to receive the goods I order from overseas as previously I was having trouble with the delivery people, you seem to have been able to sort out the problems from before and I am very happy with the service I have now received, great work and keep up the good work, it's also very easy to contact the relevant people when required and they are most helpful. I inadvertently put an incorrect address on a package from the uk to QLD Australia. Scott at Diapost was able to trace the package and get the address changed which facilitated safe delivery of the package. Thanks Scott for your wonderful service.

Appalling customer service. Parcel never delivered. No response to sender or me. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a failed delivery from this company. When I called to organise another delivery date, I spoke to the lovely Erika. She was so helpful, polite and thorough…just excellent customer service! I received my parcel a day or two after my phone call. I’m very happy with the level of service.
