Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had to facilitate the actions of Damaged Cars.com. I was blessed to have dealt with Nancy. She is highly competent, caring, and efficient. Since my first dealings with her, I had a deep feeling of security, and ease, to complete my transaction with her. The second time (I had a second car that also blew a transmission) was more complicated, but Nancy handled all the steps to complete a rapid and complete transaction. Bless her! I highly recommend DamagedCars.com to anyone, and especially let Nancy handle the transaction.

I really thought this whole experience was going to be too good to be true but I was wrong . They handled everything beautifully and efficiently doing exactly what they said . If you have a damaged car to sell definitely give them a shot. Five star service.

Easiest car sale I've ever made. No nonsense, straight forward, delivered on all promises.

Poor communication. Waited all day for pickup. Had to call 3 times because nobody showed up to pick up our vehicle. Literally lost a day's wages because the vehicle was not picked up until after 5pm when we had the 8a-12 noon appointment time. Then the pick up guy tried to stiff us. "Oh, you want a check??" Never again!!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quick response from this company. It was so easy - I filled out an estimate request and received my estimate within 24 hours. To schedule pick up and receive my check was seamless.
