The boxes were beautiful and certainly something I was proud to present to my clients. This was on par with the luxury experience I try to provide in my own business. Everything was tasteful and nothing looked cheap. The customer service with regards to setting and meeting the timeline were accurate. A question I had regarding the contents was answered immediately and options were given for potential solutions were given, even though it turned out that further options were not needed. That is above-and-beyond customer service. If I had to find one thing that I wished for, it would be larger chocolate sizes in the pumpkin-themed boxes. However, I will always take quality over quantity. The boxes were a huge success and a benefit to my business. I received a referral for new business within two days of dropping off my boxes.
