Dan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sincerely sorry to hear about the recent issues you've experienced with both delivery and customer support. Receiving an order that arrives late, damaged, and no longer in proper condition is frustrating, and we understand the inconvenience this caused, especially when it required you to find an alternative food source for your pet. We appreciate you recognizing that we replaced the affected shipment, but we also understand that a replacement does not erase the disruption to your experience. Your comments regarding delivery scheduling flexibility and overall value are important to us, and we've shared them with our team for review. We value the trust our customers place in us to provide safe, high-quality meals for their pets, and we're disappointed that we've fallen short of your expectations recently. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to regain your confidence in the future.
