Our organization has had a good business relationship with DCL for 15+ years. While occasional bumps are inevitable, they work very hard to resolve them to our satisfaction. Further, their output quality is consistently excellent.

DCL has been a long time provider of conversion services. First work with DCL was in 1996, since then there have been occasional opportunities to work with their staff. Each time we have been very satisfied with their services. In addition, they have met schedule and budget expectations. Will continue to reengage with DCL when the need arises in the future.

The DCL staff who I deal with on a regular basis (Amanda Tiscione, Amber Woody and Gitty Kupferstein) are unfailingly polite, helpful and responsive. The quality of the typesetting is generally high and any issues are quickly resolved.
