The team at Data Engineer academy is hard working and skilled. They applied for hundreds of jobs and got me many interviews. It was amazing for me to get comfortable interviewing for different types of jobs related to my field, and it made me a better interviewer. They also offered as many mock interviews as I could fit in. When the right job came along I had so much practice that I naturally hit a home run.

I had a great experience with Data Engineer Academy, and both Mohit and Manya played a huge role in helping me land my new job. Mohit was especially helpful with interview preparation, using mock interviews to strengthen how I presented my experience and told the story behind my projects. He helped me build confidence discussing my Snowflake and dbt experience and taught me how to better explain my technical decisions and impact during interviews. Manya was extremely helpful throughout the job search, from finding relevant opportunities to helping me stay consistent with applications. She also connected me with people and resources in her network that helped me get referrals for several opportunities. One of those connections ultimately helped lead me to the job I accepted. Overall, I’m very grateful for all of their support and guidance throughout the entire process.

Great job application system, Got multiple job offers. Making over 400k a year. Was able to fill in my gaps in systems design but wasn't a huge fan of the Indian instructors for some of the courses. I think that has changed since I went through.

I've had a good experience so far. I have not finished the program yet, so I'll leave a final review after. The course material is quite extensive and gives broad exposure to the DE world. The SME feedback and engagement is also good, as well as the success coaches. I get the feeling they want genuine success for their students. The AWS and Databricks exposure actually help me land a software engineering role while I'm finishing the course. There is A LOT of material to cover, so don't think you'll just blast through it without being dedicated.

I’ve had a positive experience with Data Engineer Academy so far. The program provides a structured learning path and gives you the opportunity to work on practical data engineering concepts rather than just focusing on theory. I especially like the hands-on approach and the opportunity to practice SQL, Python, data engineering tools, and real-world scenarios. The mock interviews and guidance have also been helpful in understanding what to expect in the job market. There is definitely a learning curve, and some topics can be challenging, especially for someone transitioning into data engineering, but the support and resources make the process easier to navigate. Overall, I would recommend Data Engineer Academy to someone who is serious about building their data engineering skills and willing to put in the time and effort. There is always room for improvement, but my experience has been positive overall.

So far my experience with DEA has been really good. I had to delay my start of the program, however I think the content is great so far. I'm optimistic about reaching my goal of getting hired as a Data Engineer for a wage that is within the market range before Christmas. I recommend using DEA to level up your career to the new level if you're looking to move into a relevant data related role.
