From the first contact to completion, I experienced professional and caring treatment. I felt like I mattered. It seemed very important to all involved that my data would be restored in both timeliness and completeness. My expectations were certainly exceeded, and I was most pleased with the results. I did not notice until almost the end that I could track status online. Perhaps this could be emphasized in the initial contact.
