Hello Denis Racz, Please be advised that we regret to hear about your recent negative experience with our services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to address the issues raised in a more formal manner. Upon reviewing your feedback, it seems that the problems encountered may have arisen due to certain incompatible adjustments you made to the software. For instance, the rearrangement of folders and files, as well as incorrect backups, may have led to these difficulties. Your actions have resulted in the disruption of logging function, causing issues with the proper functioning of the website. Additionally, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the installation of a backdoor by a third-party payment gateway, which you requested to be integrated. Our team is committed to providing quality services to our clients and rectifying any errors in a timely manner. We do acknowledge that there may have been delays in completing tasks, however, this was never our intention and we always strive to work within the agreed timeframes. Furthermore, we take the security of our clients' systems very seriously and any reported bugs are thoroughly investigated and addressed with the utmost diligence. It is disappointing to learn that you have encountered multiple issues and we will continue to work towards improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience for our clients. We appreciate your feedback and will take your concerns into consideration in order to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our company in the future. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Dating Pro Team

Dear Lars, we presume. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced during your engagement with PG Dating Pro, and we appreciate your candid feedback. As the Client Support Manager, I have thoroughly reviewed the history of your project, and I would like to address your concerns in a transparent manner. Firstly, let me assure you that we take all feedback seriously, and we are committed to providing a high level of service to our clients. It is disheartening to hear about the challenges you've encountered, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Upon reviewing the project history, it appears that there were several requests for core functionality changes to the software. While we understand the importance of customization, I would like to clarify that additional customization beyond the agreed scope is subject to an extra fee. We aim to accommodate our clients' unique needs but require clear communication and agreement on the terms of any additional work. Regarding the language barrier, we acknowledge that some team members, particularly developers, may not be as strong in English. However, our project managers are all certified at a C1 English level, ensuring effective communication between our clients and the development team. We regret any misunderstandings that may have occurred and assure you that we are continuously working to improve language proficiency across our entire team. Your claim of extended delays and additional fees is concerning, and we want to investigate this thoroughly. We value your business and would like to make things right. Could you please provide specific details, such as project milestones and communication dates, so we can conduct a comprehensive internal review? We understand the importance of a smooth and successful project delivery, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding issues promptly. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter. Best regards,
