I was really excited to receive this David Austin bouquet, and I have to say, the color and fragrance of the roses are absolutely beautiful. 🌹 The scent is amazing, and the bouquet has such a romantic, elegant feel. I also want to mention my experience with customer service, which was very positive. When I shared my concerns about the bouquet, they responded kindly and professionally and offered to send me a replacement bouquet at no additional cost. I really appreciate them listening to my concerns and making an effort to make things right. I hight recommend!!

Updated Rating: After reaching out to the David Austin team, they immediately jumped into action and shipped a replacement bouquet for my wife. This kind of response is unheard of in these days! Thank you Brittany and team for your commitment to excellence, quick response to the issue and going above and beyond by providing a replacement bouquet. Quality Issues: My wife loves David Austin roses. I have ordered from you many times. This time however, the 32 Juliet rose bouquet I purchased as a gift to my wife for our 20th Wedding Anniversary arrived with blemishes and are not opening up as expected.

Used these to DIY my own bridal cascade. I mainly chose this bouquet "Sorbet Shades" because the colors matched my dress, but I was surprised at how much more beautiful it is in person! The pictures on the website really don't do them justice

The bouquet was for my sister’s birthday. They were delivered in good condition, a miracle considering the heat and humidity. Not only are they stunning but fragrant, too. She loves them. Thank you!

I love everything about David Austin Rose Bouquets. The packaging of the Roses are elegant and beautiful. The booklet on how to care for the roses is top notch. As every hour passes the Roses become more beautiful and the scent is just right. I love fresh flowers displayed in my Waterford Crystal Vase. And these Roses did not disappoint. My Roses lasted two weeks. One just needs to prepare and care for them as described in the booklet that comes with the Roses. I think I finally found the company I enjoy ordering from and can count on for a Beautiful Bouquet. This time I am ordering Sorbet colors. I Can't Wait for the delivery.

The roses were for my friends retirement… The order arrived late, which initially really upset me… The quality and beauty of the roses surpassed everything! Thank you so much. I actually tried to call on Monday, but you guys were closed. I’m on the eastern side of the country. Thank you again. I will be ordering for my next occasion.
