RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

We've been customers of RugPal for several years and highly recommend them to all of our friends (and even to family ;~} ) Fast service, great quality. You'll not be disappointed!

Rug came in very good shape and it is beautiful. Goes with our house colors.

Easy order and pay. Color not quite true but is acceptable. Quality is good.

J helped me locate the three rugs I was not able to obtain at my local supplier. He was wonderful and very cooperative. Provided me with my shipment and payment options, he then sent me the links to make sure the items were the correct ones I wanted. He finally arranged payment and shipment. Double his Stars for me please. RugPal CSR is excellent. The experience was way above what I was expecting.

The rug is absolutely beautiful!!!! Could not be happier with the rug or the service. Received rug is one week from order!

The rug is the perfect colors, the quality is great, delivery time was awesome too. Will be placing another order very soon.

Best price I could find on the internet. I spoke directly with customer service to settle an issue and they were gracious and helpful.

We just received our 6x6 plush shag carpet. We love it. It's very soft and the color is perfect. Thank you RugPal, for a beautiful carpet.
