Like the title says, overall great product it saves me time every month figuring out how much sales tax I have to send in to the IRS. It debits from my account every day too so I don't have to worry about one big payment at the end of each month.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. It looks like you spoke with someone on our team in January and he told you how to uninstall the app but you weren't able to uninstall it until March. The March payment has already been refunded. You were not charged for January. We can refund the charge for February if you would like. Please email us [email protected] or call 888-659-8432 and we can take care of that.
