Ordering was so simple! There were so many choices to pick from, and I got exactly what I saw online. No difference in color or quality. Plus Liz from marketing was so helpful whenever I needed anything!

The table I ordered was beautiful and exactly what I needed to complete a bedroom entryway. Unfortunately it was sent with the wrong screws so when I assembled it the wood cracked in the legs. They promptly refunded my purchase. I reordered the product and it was sent with the same incorrect screws. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the correct screws over 2 weeks later.

HI Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with your order. We are happy you love the table's design, but we are very sorry about the incorrect screws and the damage they caused, as well as the long wait. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Please note that we have already reshipped the correct screws. The tracking number will be sent to your email shortly. We would also like to resolve the issue with the damaged table legs. We truly appreciate your patience and want to make this right. Best regards, DAYALANE Customer Service Team

One of our chairs arrived with the holes for the screws in the wrong places so we could not assemble. The other matching chair worked perfectly, so it's clear this one is defective. Reached out to the help email and they did not respond.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the defective chair and for the lack of response from our customer service team. That is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We understand how frustrating it is when one chair assembles perfectly and the other doesn’t – this is clearly a manufacturing defect, and we take full responsibility for it. We would like to make this right immediately. Could you please contact us directly with a photo of the misaligned holes? We will solve it for you immediately, and we will also make sure to follow up promptly this time. We also apologize for the delay in our response – we are working to improve our response times and ensure no customer is left waiting. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this. We hope to earn back your trust. Best regards, DAYALANE Support Team

I hadn’t heard of this site before but we were looking for nice, affordable furniture for our first home and found beautiful chairs on dayalane. We needed to align shipping on a certain date given move-in logistics and the team worked to accommodate that after an initial miscommunication. We also had one chair break and they were quick to ship a replacement at no hassle to us before a big event.
