Everything was easy. Delivery was perfect. The chair is beautiful. The price was phenomenal. I am going to buy more from this company.

I purchased a couch, the product was fine just did not like the couch. My problem is with their return process. I reached out to customer service for the return process and instead of helping me with the process they offered a refund as an incentive to keep the couch. I made it very clear that I did not want to keep the couch and just wanted to start the process of return. Instead they would not respond directly to my request and offered me incentives to keep the couch. When speaking with customer service via telephone, they said they would take care of it “urgently” within 24-48 hours. I asked for return shipping labels and they could not provide it right away. I asked why the process of buying is quick but to help with a return is so complicated and the responses via email and telephone take so long. She could not answer my question and said everything would be handled by the support team via email. I’m very disappointed with their customer service as they did not help with the return. I ended just taking the refund because they were so unhelpful and showed no genuine concern to help.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry that our return process felt like a hurdle rather than a help. While we sometimes offer incentives to save our customers the heavy lifting of a return, we clearly missed the mark by not pivoting to your request sooner. Your time is valuable, and it’s disappointing to hear we didn't honor your initial decision quickly. We’re taking your comments to our support leads to ensure our 'urgency' matches our actions in the future.

Avoid this company. After returning my items, Dayalane Furniture confirmed via email that a refund would be issued. However, they only refunded a small fraction of what was confirmed. I have followed up four times to get the balance they promised me, but they are ignoring my emails. It is incredibly dishonest to confirm a refund amount in writing and then fail to deliver it. This is unacceptable business practice.

I had an issue with my order, and the customer service was great! They helped me resolve it very quickly and promptly will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. I love the Walter cane back chairs, they are a great dupe for a more expensive one.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re so glad we could get that order issue straightened out quickly for you. It’s wonderful to hear you’re loving the Walter chairs—we take a lot of pride in offering that high-end look without the high-end price tag. We can’t wait to see you back again soon!

I bought the green dove chairs. It was super cute, cane assembled, & shipping was extremely fast! Weeks later I saw a cheaper price. Customer gave me a refund for the difference in price. Quick & easy. I will definitely order from them again.

EDIT: no surprise, 2.5 hours later and no email from them……constant lies and false promises They lie about refunds, after my other review, they replied to it claiming support would email me about a return and refund. This never happened and it’s been a week. The continued email chain I've had with support is them attempting to refund partially and me keep this set that is NOTHING like they pictured. I just want to return this and get my money back, I dont want to have to fix your horrible quality. (Lane 59" Table and chair set, is suppose to be a nice wood finish. Its not, it was painted horribly and the color of cardboard. I don't even know how they tried to pass this off as acceptable. I almost questions if this is fraud from the start.

I am sincerely sorry. It is clear we have let you down—not just with the quality of the Lane Table Set, but with our communication. We want to make this right immediately. I have personally flagged your case with our senior management team. Please look for an email sent directly from [email protected] within the next hour. We value your honest feedback regarding the finish of the set, as it helps us address these quality discrepancies with our warehouse. Thank you for your patience while we fix this properly
