I never got one of my chairs and I bought 4! I only received 3 of them!!! This was almost 4 weeks ago now and I’ve called about it and no one ever got back to me like I was told… I’m still waiting and we’re super mad! We paid $150 for each chair!

Extremely poor experience. I ordered furniture over six weeks ago and was told it would ship within a week. They provided a tracking link, but it contains no useful information, and the item has never arrived. I’ve contacted customer service four times over the past week and a half requesting either a refund or a replacement. On three occasions, I was told a supervisor would contact me within 48 hours—no one ever did. Each time I asked for direct contact info, I was told that person “does not have a phone number,” which is unacceptable. They have kept my payment without delivering the product or providing a real resolution. This company avoids accountability and does not help customers when issues arise. I cannot recommend them as when issues arise you will not see the product nor a refund.

The chairs came packaged nicely and were easy to assemble. They’re unique looking and comfortable. They look absolutely stunning with my table and everyone who visits loves them too!! The customer service was also great! Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!
