I purchased the chair for my granddaughter. She loved it. Chair made very well. And is cuter than the picture.

Ordered two dining room chairs for the ends of my table. The color is beautiful and they were super easy to put together. For a minute I thought they got lost in the mail but they showed up very quickly considering it's the holiday season. Great customer service as well.

We ordered our chairs on a Tuesday, and we received them Friday! We love the set and the quality. We’ve had these same ones we paid for elsewhere (that were more expensive) and they’re the same, if not better, quality. I fully recommend this site and their products!

Update: They finally responded, but ignored the content and are taking forever to respond. Please get this done!! I received damaged dining chairs and the company has not responded to the SEVERAL emails I have sent them to initiate the return. Someone needs to reach out to me immediately. I am sick of babysitting this issue.

Dear, we are incredibly sorry for the frustration and the lack of communication you’ve experienced. During this peak holiday shopping season, we are experiencing a high volume of emails, and there may be some delays or missed responses. We appreciate your understanding. And for that, we sincerely apologize. Please do not worry—we will make this right immediately. I have personally flagged your case to our management team. Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) in the next hour, as we are reaching out right now to resolve the return and replacement for your damaged chairs.

I am completely obsessed with this brand. This is actually my second time purchasing from them, and both times I ordered dining chairs. This time, one of the items arrived damaged during shipping, but contacting them was incredibly easy—everything is clearly listed on their website, with no hidden or hard-to-find contact information like with other companies. They replied super fast and sent a replacement within 48 hours. Amazing products and outstanding customer service. I 100% recommend them!
