fast and reliable
I was extremely pleased by the level of customer service and response. Queries were answered within minutes, regardless of the day or time, and answers were to the point. But best of all, my project was completed right on the specified time. I will definitely use Day Translations for any future projects.

Good service but translation needs to be carefully reviewed for errors.
I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the agency, the efficiency of the process, and the quick turnaround. Unfortunately, there were a few typos, formatting problems, and translation errors in the translations I received for approval, so clients need to be sure to proofread. The agency is now in the process of revising based on my corrections.

As advertised and as promised

Why can't all vendors be this good? Okay, I know..... someone has to be the best.
Out of state deposition, no local sources - I need a reliable translator. Deposition is still to come, but if the actual service is as good as the front office responsiveness - or even close - I'll be thrilled. Quick responses? Check. Clear communication? Check. Doing homework (like asking for reference materials in advance so they can prepare - prepare???). Check. I have more confidence going into this very important exercise than ever before with a new vendor. Note: I'll update this review after the actual job, and my only fear is that the front office has set my expectations so high that no one can attain them.
