I have attended many financial seminars and meetings regarding making money and how to be successful. Dean’s program is easy to follow and understand for the common man. I am glad I took advantage of this meeting and decided to attend the workshop! Being a single parent of two teenage children, I wanted something to provide them a legacy with. This is a tool that I can do just that with!

I learned way a lot! And am looking forward to putting these strategies into practice.:)

Attended one of his free seminars. He was one of the speakers but I would say that he only really spoke for 20-30% of the time. I had no issue with this because he had other speakers who were described as experts in their fields. I would say overall this was a pretty well done seminar and I learned a fair amount of information on real estate. I did not opt for any private training or follow up events so I can not speak to those.

I was at this year's Edge event in Scottsdale and found Dean and all the speakers very informative and motivating. I have been a customer of Dean's couching and seminars for the past couple of years and I can honestly say that without his help I would not be where I am today. Getting into real estate investing can be tricky and without having someone who is willing to teach you and mentor you it can be downright dangerous. He has always been very patient and helpful and willing to answer any questions I have had. He has kept me from making numerous mistakes and saved me a great deal of time, money and frustration. The contacts and networking alone were worth the cost for this year's event.

I paid a lot of money to go to a seminar that he didn't even attend. Additionally, my husband invested some money in a deal he was supposed to be a part of. We invested through the guy who spoke at "his" seminar. We never got to meet Dean. He never returned our calls. The guy we invested with lost our money. We're extremely disappointed.
