This is a scam
This is basically a scam, they charge more legal fees, monthly fees, service fees and settlement fees, you would pay more than the actual amount you own fully at the end of the period. They trap you using the settlement as bait so that you can never opt out when you realize what they are doing. You can reach the same settlements by your own by talking to creditors and you will save thousands of dollars in fees. They will drag it out as long as they possibly can to steal your money. Don't fall for it, i wish I didn't. The 5 star reviews are also fake, posted by them.

Reviewers statements are exaggerated and the name is fake. We believe the reviewer, Mr. Greyeyes, is making allegations in an attempt to get out of paying outstanding settlement fees for settling one of his debts, and or has confused us with another company. We have been successful for nearly 25 years in saving customers money. For those that complete the plan, the average consumer walked away with a substantial savings, after paying our fee. We do not have upfront fees and do not charge customers until a discounted settlement is obtained, the customer signs off on the settlement, and a payment is made to the creditor. It does not benefit us to “drag out” settlements because we don’t get paid until we settle the debt. Mr Greyeyes came to us on his own accord and indicated that he was unable to afford what his creditors demanded. After enrolling, he suddenly received settlement offers and lower monthly payment offers from his creditors - proving that our name, and efforts, were effective. To help prevent valid complaints, or confusion, we explain program details prior to enrollment; all calls are recorded; agents read from scripts so that each debtor is given the same information; if a debtor chooses to enroll, we send services and fees in writing for signature, then a few weeks after enrolling, our Customer Service calls and does another explanation of fees and services
