The firm overall was effective but I worked with many many different attorneys.

They told us our payment would be 650 a month, it was 1000. When we would call with questions, it would take days to call back. Often the person of contact would change. Never a direct number or person to contact. This is often a once in a lifetime occurrence, they do this every day, so they probably don't feel the urgency in answering questions. I don't feel the complete process was explained. They say 5 years to complete. It has been 6 years for me and I still have not got back my overpayment.

My experience was good with debt stoppers, I referred several of my family members.
