I've ordered fragrances from decantx many times. Fast shipping, customer service is excellent. In the rare occasions there is an issue, it is fixed at no charge immediately. They have a great selection of designer and niche perfumes and colognes. Everything is authentic and high quality, packaged safely.

Excellent customer service !!

Horrible company. They said they shipped my order out. More than 10 days later and the tracking shows USPS never picked up my order. I contacted them a few times regarding this. They wouldn’t do the right thing and reship my order. Clearly my order was lost. Stay away from this company bc if something goes wrong they’re going to give you the runaround. Now I have to call my credit card company and file a chargeback. I will never shop with them again!

Will update my review -- approx. 15 days for delivery around holidays; which in this day and age of Amazon, is difficult warming up to; however, fragrances arrived as promised, in good condition and as specified; consequently, I will cut DecantX some slack this go 'round. Provided additional purchases go as planned, will think about updating to 4 stars (stay-tuned folks)
