The samples from Decant X are wonderful and the shipping is reliable. They have a lot of designer and niche fragrances to choose from.

Prices on this site are okay. Shipping was good. What stopped it from being higher was not knowing when my package would get to me and the customer support not really answering my question. They did, however, get back to me fairly quickly, which was great. Overall, a I wasn't displeased with the site, but I feel like there are ways it could be better. Would probably order from this site again.

I appreciated how when I reached out on multiple platforms I got a response back on them all in a timely manor. The response was helpful and pleasant. The only thing I would critique is the website’s countdown until receiving the package if you order by that day. It’s inaccurate because that was the day my package shipped out vs the day I received it, as it claimed. Also the shipping updates from USPS were inaccurate and stopped showing any movement after they accepted my package. I think this wasn’t DecantX’s fault though. My samples are perfect which matters a lot. I’m very happy I took a chance buying with them. I really like the labeling they do as well on each one.

Would’ve given a 5 stars, however it took too long. The reason for 4 stars is because it did arrive and the scent smells and seems to be authentic.

I live in Miami; My order was coming from the North end of Miami Dade county. My order was flown from your processing center to Phoenix, Ar. Back to Miami. I don’t understand that. Thank you.

Excellent price and also great customer service, probably a better delivery service will be great, but even with that delivery was on time. Decant was excellent presentation ( got the 32 ml ) and with a great spray

I'm a bit concerned about your decants because they don't seem to have strength and longevity. Are they remixed or watered down? Your service delivery is on the spot and the labeling is excellent.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Each fragrance is different and therefore they have different capabilities (longevity, strength and projection). However we always and only sell 100% authentic fragrances, we do not tamper with, alter, change or dilute anything we sell ever. We take decanting very seriously and want to provide our amazing customers with top quality fragrances. We do not sell fakes or anything that is expired and no longer in good condition, were here to help if you need any assistance in any way :).
